Highland Village Civic Club Highland Village Civic Club is a nonprofit Homeowners association consisting of 85 single family homes.  This timeless neighborhood, nestled alongside the premier Westheimer Road Highland Village Shopping Center in Houston Texas, was established more than a half a century ago. A remarkable neighborhood, it boasts distinguished mature trees and showcases classic, wonderfully preserved homes alongside contemporary modern architecture.  It offers a neighborhood setting in the shadows of Highland Village,  to ensure the ongoing enhancement and beautification of Highland Village where it’s often quicker to walk than to drive to enjoy the diverse restaurants, retailers, and upscale shops and boutiques located nearby.
